PROJECTS
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Based off of years of experience and behavioral based safety principals, implementation of the "Three Principals" guide provided immediate identification of critical behaviors that result in accidents. When used correctly, the three principals saved time and resources.

INJURY REDUCTION
Through an analysis of previous years injuries and open compensation cases, we were able to work with site management to determine the source of safety problems as well as implement solutions in order of priority. This analysis and solution implementation resulted in 30% injury reduction in one year.

COST REDUCTION
Created and executed a training on powered industrial trucks for 300 seasonal drivers, saving the client $60,000 annually through standardization.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Barriers cause safety accidents. In an effort to remove barriers, this project focused on increasing the use of visual tools. It focused on tracking barriers and encouraging managers to increase employee safety participation. This project resulted in employee participation by 61%.
